Help I want to come off pregabilin after 4 months use

Hi all I'm on pregabilin and I want to come off them I need help. I'm also on codine for 4 years I need to withdraw from theses to. I can get to 3 days then it's hell on earth. Pregabilin is making me feel low and anxiety is getting worse I feel awful

I don't use pregablin myself but plenty of people here do.

Ask the doctor about other Meds you can try don't just stop taking your Meds as you can get nasty side effects

I came off Codeine last year, very, very slowly over three months by going from 2 x 30mg to 1.5 by cutting them in half and then one and then 15mg and then cutting them up into 4 and eventually I could stop completely.

I've been on Pregabalin 300mg for a couple of years. I've started reducing the night time dose as I'm not convinced it is still working and I'm putting on weight.

The key is to get your doctor's advice and do it VERY slowly. x
