Hello: Hello all I was just thinking... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Hello
yes I think they do Lorsxx and I find it so annoying and often want to say swap bodies for a week see how long you last before you want yours back!!
Yes I've always thought they say it being polite, something nice to say, I've have it said to me when I know I look like death warmed up, but it's annoying cos we know how we feel xx
I don't think anybody knows how we feel. I continue to tell my mother who is 90 years old and she says oh that's just normal for aging… I said it's normal to have a back surgery every three years and you have your hip and knees go out because of degenerative arthritis?
I'll have to say I don't think I look bad but are you still look pretty bad when I took heavy amount of morphine it takes a toll on your body and I've been told that it probably cause my avascular necrosis because too many pills for too many years screw up your liver or something
Yes I've had cervical surgery discs out and cage fused in. Need lumber surgery but have steroid epidural injection as trying to put surgery off,I take morphine daily as well so know what you mean, that's the problem with hidden illnesses no one can see it or understand how much pain we're in daily, that's without the not sleeping , ibs and fatigue, take care xx
I know what you mean, if I actually looked as awful as I feel I wouldn't go out xxx
A friend of mine called round who hasn't seen me for a while and she rang me the day after to tell me she was upset by how ill I looked. That made me feel even worse. I know I look bad but hearing it said wasn't helpful so I suppose when people say we look well it's probably better. Don't think anyone knows what to say to us. Its only us who know how bad we actually are feeling. Pain shows in our eyes even when we are pretending to be fine. Guess we can't win.
