Hello fellow sufferers!
Hi Deber
Welcome to the forum You have found yourself amongst a bunch of truly wonderful people who all know exactly how you feel.
You may like to have a look at how to lock your post. There are simple Step by Step Instructions on how to do this. They are permanently on the forum under Pinned Posts in blue.
On our mother site there is lots of information on Fibro, so it is worth having a look fmauk.org
I was first diagnosed in 1981 and so I personally have lived with this horrible illness for an awful long time.
To finally get to your question I have had to learn to take life one day at a time. Trying to make plans is out of the window as most of them end up being cancelled.
I do understand what you are saying. I wake up wondering - what is it going to be today!
I look forward to chatting with you again
