What a lovely day today we live at the seaside and guess what to tired to go to the beach aching so much joints burning and where am I in bed what a bore

Such a pity you couldn't get the sand between your toes. Hopefully a day in bed will give you enough energy to enjoy the next day of good weather.x

I live 20 minutes from seaside in portobello near edinburgh it is lovely and we just have to try and keep going.

We live in Sheringham on the north Norfolk coast such a beautiful place when I get out its really nice getting on the beach
