My OH had a problem with his shoulder and he feels a lot better. He had exercises from the hospital.

Did he strap it up at night?? When I was asleep last night I stretched my arm out and I woke screaming because of the pain X

No he doesn't.

He wouldn't go to the hospital for quite a long time. I've nagged him lol.

The range of his shoulder is better and the pain has eased x

Hi, Had a frozen shoulder about 3 years ago. I had physio, acupuncture and took tramadol. I woke every night with the pain for about 18 months, my shoulder screaming with pain. I had 3 steroid injections, the final one was done by a consultant, that was the only one that worked to any extent. I am very sorry you are suffering similar problems, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. My GP told me it is self limiting and will eventually go by itself. I know that is not much comfort and hope you feel better soon. Sandra x

Hello- sorry you,re suffering, I too was told I had a frozen shoulder and numerous steroid injections helped for a couple week, it turns out its not frozen but calcium crystal deposits which need removing surgically, listed to see bone doc next month.. Ask your gp to get it scanned as too many diagnose frozen shoulders wrongly.

Try ice packs . (Bag of peas )Don't leave on longer than 20 minutes at a time. You can use them as many times as you like though.Came from a physio who I was going to for mine .
