Still in so much pain with sciatica and massive flare up of fibromyalgia really had enough life is so cruel actually don't by know what to do with my self

Hi Jayney I know where you're coming from. I too get sciatica pain and it's so hard to bear! I find that if I avoid carbs and starchy vegetables as much as possible it lessens and sometimes goes altogether. Take care. Catherine xx

I feel the same and have just written an e mail to that effect as it was caused by an avoidable accident in an unsafe hospital wheelchair. Somehow that makes it worse for me. Anyway I am taking things on a day by day basis and praying for a cure or the strength to carry on. It is not easy .The dr says the sciatica should settle.

I had a shower last night and this may have exacerbated the pain etc.

I wish I had an explanation for all this but there does not appear to be any . I have decided that I have no choice than to take things as they come. What else can we do.
