Hi Fibromyalgia sufferers. I am sick of the nasty side affects from drugs such as Tramadol , Co Codamol etc and decided to try 'Vaping' CBD oil. Can anyone tell me how they have got on with it, and a good stockist? It is SO expensive! Wish it was on the NHS!!! 😝

CBD oil and Vaping
Hi kazza66 I do vape and have tried a tiny puff, so I'm not really the best person to ask. I do know some members use medipens & I'm sure there will be someone along that will be able to tell you more than I can.
If you look right, on a PC or scroll down if you are on phone & you will see under "Related Posts" a number of blue links to members posts on the same topic and you may find some answers there.

Hi kazza66
I use the MediPen myself when I need too, and I find it helps. However, if I use too much it tends to give me a chronic headache. There can be medication interactions with CBD, and I have pasted a list below form the *CBD Review cache:
*Drugs that Interact with Cannabidiol
Any drug metabolized by cytochrome P-450 enzymes could potentially interact with cannabidiol. According to the Indiana University Department of Medicine, drugs known to use the cytochrome P-450 system include:
Steroids
HMG CoA reductase inhibitors
Calcium channel blockers
Antihistamines
Prokinetics
HIV antivirals
Immune modulators
Benzodiazepines
Anti-arrythmics
Antibiotics
Anesthetics
Anti-psychotics
Anti-depressants
Anti-epileptics
Beta blockers
PPIs
NSAIDs
Angiotension II blockers
Oral hypoglycemic agents
Sulfonylureas
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Apart from my aches and pains I take an anti-psychotic/even though I am not! I vape blueberry CBD oil, I love the clean fresh light hit I get though I don't think it really does much for any pains, I just find it pleasant really. It cost about £40 for 15 ml but I reckon might last me 4 months or so. I got it from an electrical repair shop, much better value than the House of Vapes specialist place. Only thing is last night I woke up with shortness of breath and am wondering if vaping is causing it/making it worse. Nothing worse than thinking you can't breathe properly.
I've not tried it myself but a family friend advised using the oil. Apparently you drip a small drop onto your inner lip.
Like I say I've not tried it but apparently you can get it on the internet.
I take cbd oil capsules. My pills are very small mg and i take 3 to 4pills 1-2 times a day. I don't notice immediate relief but i notice the next day or so. I guessing because it is such a small amount. They have concentrates but they are expensive, so i stick to my small mg.
I would like to try vaping it, but can't seem to find it in my area yet.
Anyways, good luck ××
Do you mind me asking how much they cost?
Im pretty sure i am remembering correctly, $65 a bottle. It is expensive.
I've got the mild cbt oil. I think it's so mild that nothing happens :/
I have excellent experience with CBD oil 4%. I take 2 drops 3 times a day under the tongue. At the beginning (2 days) I had pain in the stomach but not later. Now, I have no pain or side effects. Otherwise I took a lot of tablets (tramadol, venlafaxine, ibuprofen, pregabalin etc) and I always had side effects.
