Dont know what to do

Morning everyone,i hope you all feel good, its been a while since I read or post, my life is getting harder since last time I haven't heard anything from job centre and last month my youngest brother who never smokes and never drinks had been diagnosed with bowels cancer which spread to his lever, I don't know what to do anymore, trying to be strong for him and my parents but it kills me derp inside, if anyone had an advice how to deal with pain and my brother situation please tell me , sorry for this txt in the morning but its the only time now I manage to post thank you all xx

Wish there was a short cut, I have lost two sisters and a brother, 46 52 53 they were far to young, went for counselling. I realised only time lessons the pain, fibromyalgia will raise it's ugly head when stress takes over, wish I could be more help, just letting you know you are not alone, gentle hugs

I am truly sorry to read about your situation.

I lost my twin brother 2 years in August and miss him so much. He was only 61 and passed two weeks after his birthday. 😢 ❤️❤️

I know that you are in pain and it will be very difficult for you maybe you could go and see your gp and explain what is happening and they can help you with your pain then that could give you sometime to be there for your brother and parents. Just be there for anything that they will need. A chat, a hug, a tear 😢 or just to sit and say nothing.

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend and I sincerely hope that your brother will be okay. When my pain becomes too much I use a TENS Machine to try and ease it. I have pasted you a link below to the NHS Choices cache on this below:
