Hi Jennifer2017buddy I'm sorry you have this feeling, it really is an awful symptom that a lot of people with fibro suffer from. I have to have bras that are not tight, no underwire & as soon as I get in the door, off it comes cos I can not bare it. You should also keep an eye though because costochondritis is something fibro sufferers get, which can get extremely painful & makes it difficult to breath, so if it does get worse I would definitely get checked out with gp. I do hope it eases for you as the day goes on my friend.
I have a problem with my shoulder and have had Costochondritis a couple of times too, so now I wear a "soft" bra with no wires. It pulls on over your head.
As Jan has said, I would definitely get it checked out by your GP as it is very tempting to just pass these symptoms off as just being Fibro when that is not always the case.
Thank you ladies I have an appointment tomorrow with my Gp, sometimes I feel like I'm not being heard because of my age. I will look up what you've said.
I also wear a soft bra with wide straps and no nasty tight bits and it is all lace and it does help the pain but needless to say it is still better for comfort without wearing one.....my back muscles often feel very tight as though going into spasm and I find my TENS machine helps or warmth from wheat bags and OH will gentle massage until the feeling eases.....Hope your day is as good as it can be....x
