I would like to sincerely apologise to everyone who read my post regarding fibromyalgia and disability. I read it wrong, I honestly thought it was here in UK as it was on the BBC news. I feel dreadful as I may have got everybody's hopes up, myself included here as I am also a chronic sufferer. I am so so sorry.

Hello Jayney61

Please don't feel that you need to apologise my friend.

Fibro Fog is very real and does affect us all.

We will often get our hopes up about things that don't materialise.

Please take care of yourself and don't feel bad.

Hugs

Lu xx

Because of your post, I found out that fibromyalgia is recognised as a disability in Northern Ireland. That gives me hope it could happen in the whole of the UK! :-)

Please don't feel bad Jayney61 , it's always better to have a little bit of hope in your life, even if it doesn't come to fruition.

I'm sure no one was offended.

Take care, gentle hugs, Margaret.xxx

Don't worry about it Jayney61 .It's good to know that it's recognised in Ireland as it will help people on here that are from Ireland and it gives us hope that it will come here one day. Thanks and hugs xxx

Oh Jayney61

Please don't feel down my lovely, ok so the article relates to Ireland, but where one country leads perhaps another will follow?

We have to hope that the UK will be the follower eh?

It's no different to the Scots doing away with firms like ATOS etc. Being responsible for PIP and ESA assessment, it gives us an indication that the attitudes are changing nationally, so thank you for posting the info xxxx

It really is ok., you don't need to be sorry, it's fine and no harm done my friend. I would have thought it was here too, being on BBC news.

Hi Jayney61

Please do not apologise, it really isn't necessary my friend. With luck the rest of the UK will follow in the footsteps of Northern Ireland, and Spain and the US. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken x :)
