I am scheduled to take a exam at the VA for a service connected rating up grade. They gave a 0 rating for arthritis when I separated. I was never informed. I found out when I applied for benefits. Has anyone taken such a exam? Its not that I want to beat it, I feel that it was sneeky the was they went about it. Don't know what to expect.

Hi Stan411 welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.

I'm sorry but I don't have a clue what you mean by VA or taking an exam for benefits. You will need to give me a bit more detail. What does VA st and for ? would help. 😉

Please do go look at the mother site where you will find all the information you need and lots of useful links on Fibro and I look forward to chatting to you on the forum.

Hi Stan411 are you in the USA or the UK? I think most people on this forum are in the UK, I'm in the USA 😃 you mentioned VA witch made me think your a veteran.in that case it would be a medical exam. Take care. Chris

Hello Angelesc, I didn't want to leave anyone out or any member from all over the world🙋never came to mind VA may mean an org. In Australia. The USA has veteran's advocate or associates first thing that came to mind. Take care.💮 Chris

Hello and a warm welcome to our friendly fibro forum.

I have a feeling you are in the US, in which case your government runs a different welfare system and we are unable to help.

Hopefully our members across the pond will come to your aid.
