With regard to the falling asleep, I honestly think that it would be wise for you to see your GP about this as it may not necessarily be Fibromyalgia related.

With regard to the App I personally don't use it, but I have given you a link below, where you can report to HU the problems that you are having with the App:

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and as BlueMermaid3 says it may not be Fibro related. I would get it checked out just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation my friend. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

Hi i read your post and thought that happens to me. I found out its cfs 'chronic fatique syndrome'. If i have had a busy day or overdo it ifind the following day i sleep of and on wake up take meds, fall asleep etc etc.

I just go with the flow and find am with it again early evening. I was told by a rheumatoligist, me, cfs go along with fibro. Many of us have ther thingwrong. Have you spoke to your Gp about this? You dont say much about yourself or what is wrong with you. You take care. xxAnnxx

I too have cfs and am similiar to you but it happens even if i don't overexert.

Bless you, i see myself as lucky. Have you tried cbt 'cognative behaviour therapy'?. I think that helps alot.
