I am not sure if it is the same but my eyes can be drooping, I am snuggled and lovely and warm and comfortable, I reach out and turn off the bedside light and BOOM! wide awake club! It is so annoying!

Hi Hidden I'm sorry you are suffering with sleep problems my friend. I'm aftraid so many people with fibro say fatigue is one of the worse symptoms. It's either all or nothing with me, I either sleep for England or can't sleep for days. If I'm having a flare my eyes feel like they are shutting & when I get like that, i have to sleep & you would have to put A bomb under me to wake me lol.

Luv Jan xx

Hi Hidden

I am so truly sorry to read this and I suffer with sleep apnea. I have a C-PAP Machine as I hold my breath in my sleep. If you suspect sleep apnea it should always be checked out my friend. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Due to having been put on Morphine sulphate and Oxycodone in the last month and the possibility of shallow breathing, I've become paranoid about using my CPAP machine even more than before, I have the odd bad night here and there but pain or no pain I've always been a very heavy sleeper. Mirtazipine 45mg helps both the sleep and the depression also so I think I've tried to cover all the bases possible.

Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with fibro, but have been suffering from the sleep apnea you referred to for well over a year. I spend most of the night either in pain & not being able to sleep or just lay there awake then I'm constantly tired throughout the day.
