Had a letter come in to say they would like me to come into our local hospital to have some injections in my lower back I am hoping this will help me to get about a lot better but one thing I am not looking forward to this

Hi Flyby7 I wouldn't be looking forward to it either and don't envy you. I will say though, I've had injections in my thigh before and it gave me such relief from the pain, I would have them once a week if they helped like that. It's just so worth it to get rid of that constant pain my friend, so good luck & let us know how it goes.
