Good afternoon every1 how's everyone feeling today mine same as ever but got to smile life to short my knees are both still playing up got an appointment next Friday with my doctor so c what she will do my blood test are coming back with problems my platelets are going up every month so got to c what happens with Febs blood test

Hi Babsy- yes its the time of year when knees get cold in them and ache badly, I have some voltarol gel I rub in, I have a shower first and rub it in whilst the pours are still open so as to get it where I need it>>

Hope your appointments goes well and the platelets settle. I have two replacement knees and they still ache, not sure why as they are not my knees!

Hi babsy, yea the cold weather certainly makes pain feel worse, I had my steroid epidural on Wednesday and think it's given me a bit of energy, but the pain does get on my nerves lol xx

Yea it does get ya down day in day out but u get use to it well I have anyway
