Have slept all day

Hi to all im new on here iv had fibro for 5years plus other things going on health wise.some days im in bed for 48 hours and sleep loads then other days that are better up and about till pain sets in again then back to sqare one anybody else like thisx

Hello and welcome Ward....I am sure many of us are the same...some days I feel okay and get on with my life and others I just take to my bed with painkillers...it is horrid this Fibro and takes everyone differently. I am sure you will find lots of useful info if you delve into Related Posts and Pinned posts....you are not alone! We are a friendly bunch of fibro peeps and most of us have other health issues to deal with but we understand and support each other and sometimes we have a b....y good laugh! An essential with fibro!! I hope to chat with you again and find out more info on your good self....like when where you diagnosed, what meds are you on...do you work...do you live alone or have a family? Obviously you don't have to answer any of those questions...put it down to me being nosey!!!!! x

Sorry for late reply fell asleep.lol well about me im married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren i was diagnosed with fibro about 4 years ago .but think i have had it longer iv also got reynards syndrome arthritis in hands and not long ago iv discovered got slight heart problem my heart somtimes beats so fast got to go hospital quick to get rytham back to normal i get so scared i hyperventalate its awfull im on heart tabs fingers crossed wont need the op at the moment i could go on and on with problems im a walking nitemare lol i take meds palexia diloxidine simvastian for cholestral and heart tabs and you. Were not being nosey i should of said morexx

heya and welcome- i'm actually experiencing similar problems at the moment, sometimes i sleep all the time and sometimes i'm awake ALL THE TIME! sorry for the caps lol but it is rather frustrating. i'm here with you lol x

Its nice to no its not just me . I keep my husband awake when i cant sleep dont understand you feel wide awake then on sleepy days just sleep even sleeping pills arnt working😏X

I find that this cold winter weather is bad. I don't know about you, but I experience cold as intense, bone deep pain. October brings the first chilblain harvest, which doesn't help, making walking difficult, or more difficult! I'm currently sitting in front of the laptop with a fan heater blasting in and I'm still cold!

Yes im the same this cold weather. Dont help atall with fibro pain. On top i also have reynards so my hands and feet are so cold most of the timex
