I had a pretty good day today. Not much pain at all until evening. But ven then I was able to handle it well.. I dont have many days like that.. so I enjoyed it very much. :-)

always good to hear if people get a reprieve day, wishing you many more, I often have a few days pain free, and I know what sets it off again, but we have to do daily chores, we have to dress, we need to shop, and sometimes like me need to decorate a new home- its only took me 18 months!!!
