Seen Spinal Consultant today, as started Sciatica Symptoms 7/Weeks after Disectomy!! So have to have MRI to see what is going on from there! May need further Operation!!!

Thanks for all suggestions on helping Sciatica Symptoms but told to rest Up At Moment!!
