It's so hard to divine our pain isn't it. When I try I say it feels like bone pain and muscle too.

Maybe that's why they have fibro under so many different headings, like rheumy, and skeletal, muscular etc?

I suggest you rest and if it gets unbearable see your GP.

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I sincerely hope that your pain eases soon for you. If the pain is something new or becomes persistent it may be best to talk to your doctor about it just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation.
