Major Flare today

I am feeling pain in my hands, knees, muscles, shoulders, neck, and lower back, my skin actually hurts to touch it. I feel sick and dizzy today, not well at all. Gonna try a warm bath see how it helps and haven't slept well last few night.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling with your pain levels today and I want to sincerely wish you a speedy recovery. Please remember that if a particular pain is a new symptom or becomes persistent then it is best to have it checked out just to rule other medical conditions out of the equation.

Welcome to the club do you have pain killers to take I really feel for you , I know exactly how you feel Have you tried double base cream to rub in your pain or deep heat you should not be suffering like this xx

I have gabapentin, cocodamol and tramadol, I took gabapentin all day yesterday as I had a couple of days where pain was minimal. But flared up again yesterday and spending day in bed today x
