Help on esa

Morning every one i aint sure what to do ,I am on esa I suffer from anxiety disorder and deppresion I've got to go to for a health assessememt which is almost a hour away I don't drive and I carnt cope with new places I feel that will say no to me staying on esa, so I am thinking should I go on jsa pls help as I am worried

Hi Brooksey have you been in touch with anyone you need to phone and explain how you are to them get in touch with cab ask them for advice don't just go on jsa before speaking to someone first Carol ☺

You need to phone esa explain your circumstances to them don't ignore it or your esa might stop go and see your gp do you get sick notes, xx

You need to contact them asap. Explain how your depression and anxiety affect you and tell them that venue etc is impossible for you to travel to because of your problems. Request a home visit you may need to get a supporting letter from your GP but that can only strengthen your case. Best of luck🐷
