Thank you all

Rather than reply to each of you in relation to my last post, I decided to write a main reply.

Reading all your kind messages has showed me that I am not the only one suffering. Although when your isolated at home, it often seems that way.

I have multiple illnesses, which I will no doubt share with you all some day. I guess it all gets too much at times. My depression doesn't help. I have suffered with mental illness since 17. I am now 41. I do cherish my good days, and fully make the most of them, often doing too much and paying for it the next few days with fatigue and pain. I'm so glad I made the decision to post on here. Thank you all. Yours kind words have really helped.

Hiya. I haven't been in here for a few days so I missed your original post, but I'm glad you had lots of replies and found them helpful. I also have depression since childhood. It's under control ATM but i still get down, overwhelmed, and struggle with motivation and anxiety. Multiple illnesses definitely suck! Like you said, just need to enjoy the good days.
