some times i do gerry but mostly at night as i am trying to sleep so doc gave me diazipam so i relax the muscles and that works. during the day it can be a nuisance if i am holding a cup of tea at the time but i wouldnt say it a major nuisance yet. i think its cos its all nerve and tissue stuff.. and the stupid nerves get trapped in the wobbly muscles and bone bits and twitch something. at the moment i am getting vibrations down my ankles like i had a mobile phone of vibro in my sock

. now that is really weird.

Hi gerry,

yes i do get jerks all the time, even my head wobbles, its weird.

I am on gabapentin but it doesnt help so i am asking for diazipam, as i have noticed a few blogs on here that that helps.

I am pleased you feel that writing it all down has helped you. :)

I do hope things get easier for you.

take care, kel xxx

thanx to all for your answers, i used to have them a while back, but my partner has suffered from them for days now and the only change was the gabapentin he had started to take, so it may have just been that. He has so my symptoms, but undiagnosed as yet.

thanx for caring

ps, how wonderful of you to be thinking of me at work when you dont even have a face to go with my name. To me that is God working through people.
