Awe. I'm sorry you have to suffer through that. I know it can be hard to take care of people when you are in so much pain and so tired. But at least kids can be fun, stressful, but fun, silly oh my gosh silly. :) kids are hard at times but so freaking sweet and amazing; little bundles of cuteness.

:) reading a book to them is the best. Snuggling close and seeing them getting into stories. :)

I hope your pain subsides.

Have a great day.

Hi...I think any woman who has Fibro + and has young children deserve a medal!!.....I hope your children are old enough to understand that sometimes mummy needs to rest as she has "achy bones" which is what my grandchildren call my fibro + but they are 8 and 10yrs. If they are with me they sit on my bed and we do stuff like quizzes and wordsearches and it certainly works...this week they wanted to learn to knit!!! Thank goodness I gave all my stuff away. I have a feeling that wouldn't be very restful. Anyway keep on carrying on and one day we all may wake up with NO PAIN!!! Take care......Trikki

Hi kaydem30

Welcome to the forum 😊

You have come to the right place for lots of help, tips and advice. If there's anything at all you want to ask, don't hesitate to put up a post. As you're new to the forum you may like to take a look at our mother site for more information on Fibro fmauk.org

If you look at the right of your screen you'll find simple steps on how to lock your post for the sake of internet safety. It's in blue under Pinned Posts. You may need to turn your tablet or phone sideways to be able to find it, or try clicking on "View 11 more".

Let me know if you have any trouble finding it.

I have been in exactly the same position as you. I was diagnosed at 20 and went on to have a family to care for. It's incredibly hard isn't it?!

You have my sympathy. I look forward to chatting to you again.

Wishing you less pain and more peace

Lu xx
