Heatwave!

I was diagnosed just over a year ago, and in extreme shoulder & leg pain until I started taking cymbals & lyrics. I feel OK most days, except the trouble I have in the heat. I get overheated very quickly, which is new for me. It causes me to get an upset stomach,and vomiting as well. Anyone else suffer from the heat?

Yes the heat and I are not friends at all. I cease to function and get headaches/ migraines/ nausea.

Just relieved that it is a it cooler at the moment.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are struggling and suffering with the heat, and i sincerely hope that you can find some relief to this issue. I have problems with the heat but this is due to my COPD. If it becomes too severe it may help to talk to your doctor about this as they may be willing to try you on some medication for the sickness? There are quite a few of these and the main one is called ''Metocloperamide.''
