Hi my God you have had a bad year and yes thank God they found it sometimes we have to do things we are scared of but it's saved your life sending you hugs Carol ☺
Morning welcome to Fibro site. My goodness what a year you have had but thank fully with the help the camera man all is going really well. You have been through such a lot but it sounds like you have come out the other side. Congratulations. I am in awe of such a strong person you are courageous but I must ask have you been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia? This is a site primarily for Fibre sufferers. I do wonder if there might be another group of more use to you let me think. Have you chatted with the cancer groups on Healthunlocked?
Take a look through the list of different clubs(for lake of word there) I wish you good luck hope all stays positive for you
Aw Bless you see if your GP will refer you to rheumatologist or arthritis chappy. It is quite a rig parole but I know when the official agreed yes you have Fibre plus other things it gives you a starting point Take care
Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:
You have clearly endured a great deal my friend, and still have many other ongoing health issues as well. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Sorry to hear you have had such a rough time. Wishing you well
I think that we go through patches of our lives where everything goes t*ts up. Lasts a few years then vanishes as fast as it happened. Leaves you reeling with so many questions that we don't have answers to.
My patch happened in my late 20s. I felt I was never away from hospitals. I had op after op, cancer found in my ovary, total hysterectomy, bladder and bowel repairs etc etc. I didn't have time to ask why. So, I can relate to what you're going through.
