Amazingly I feel a bit less fatigued and no headaches. Or could the sun be helping? It normally gives me headaches. I have added 1000 mg primrose oil to my diet, initially for women's issues but this is interesting.

Hi mysmugcat
I am so genuinely delighted to read that you are feeling a little better and I sincerely hope that it continues for you. I have pasted you two differing theories on sunshine below. The Nursing Times believes that it does not help Fibro symptoms but the Your Fibro Support website believes that it does? So it is take your pick my friend?
Nursing Times:
*Weather conditions including temperature, sunshine, and precipitation have no overall impact on fibromyalgia symptoms in female patients, according to Dutch researchers.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with the primrose oil as well, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Sunshine and heat definitely helps me. Although i think that the sun may be overdoing it right now.
