I have only ever had slight fluid build up in legs but past two days I have had really painful swollen legs and arms with major fluid build up should I be worried

I do think that it would be a very good idea for you to make an appointment to see a GP as soon as possible.

Fluid retention could be for all sorts of reasons but it should never be ignored.

If you cannot get a doctors appointment, can you get to a walk in centre?

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are experiencing this issue, and I would definitely discuss it with your doctor. I have this problem and I am on medication to help alleviate the fluid.
