Sleep deprivation

For the past three nights now I have not been able to sleep just lying there hoping it will come. Anyone have a foolproof remedy to knock myself out...seem to be going through quite a bad flare up..so no energy and no sleep=deadbeat

Try 2 tablets of 5-HTP when you go to bed, I take it every night and helps me, you can get it at any health store or google it, hope you are better

Mix 5 drops of lavender essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil and use as a massage oil for your feet just before bedtime. I definitely get a deeper slept with this - I still wake up but can go back to sleep more easily.

Best of luck.

Eat a banana an hour before bed , Oo err misses . They contain the amino acid L-tryptophan, which gets converted to 5-HTP in the brain

You have my sympathy. I joke with my OH that the only time I have ever had a good sleep is when I have had an anaesthetic in hospital. If you find a cure let me know.😴😴😴

The only thing that works for me is a completely blacked out bed room, still often restless, add to that my OH trotting to the loo with his zimmer to which he has added his old bicycle lamp( so he doesn't disturb me) and it all hit and miss xxx

I wish I did...I wish you the very best. Peck.🐀

Have you tried Volterol gel, herbal sleeping tabs, hemp tabs and lastly talking books? I use all of these and they help me relax and get at least 4 hrs sleep. Good luck 😊

Think my husband would agree with you

what i tend to do is if i've been lying there for about 30 mins and sleep doesn't come i'll try and do something to distract myself i.e play mindless games on phone etc like match 3 ones. sometimes that helps me to get to sleep. other than that i just have to wait.. and wait...and wait.. sometimes a couple days until i'm so exhausted that i just flop lol
