If any one can help me please would be very great full. I had my PIP assessment last Friday 😢 How long till the text comes please ???????? I'm so stressed about it they said 4-6 weeks. Thank you and take care all xx Linda

I had mine and it took around the 4 week mark I know it's difficult but try and put it out of your head for now as there isn't any more you can do at this point,once you get to week 4/5 you can phone and ask but that is as good as it gets,it's so stressful the whole process start to finish ,take it easy.

Good luck Mahoney 0719....I waited about 6 weeks and was refused but got on to CAB and they are now appealing on my behalf. Still waiting for doctor to complete the form confirming how good/bad I am and that's taking ages.....hope you don't have to go through this and good luck.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are still waiting for your text. If you do not hear anything by the weekend it may be worth ringing them to ascertain what the delay is? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your outcome. Please take care of yourself.

Hello TheAuthor - many thanks for your reply to my quandary and my apologies for the late reply but I had an operation some weeks ago and just about getting right now! The doctor did me no favours at all I feel so will have to get more advice from the CAB - now I really feel I need your luck and good wishes.

Hi. It may be different in each area. My daughter is still waiting and she had hers 30th March... it is now 1st June and still nothing... ridiculous is not the word. The waiting game is a massive stress too.

Thank you all for your replys. You would not believe today at 8am I got a text saying that they have all the info they need to decide and will send me a letter once they made the decision !!

Hi , I went for my assessment 10 days ago, I've received a text this morning aswell just saying they have all the information and they'll let me know when they've made their decision. It must work different in different areas. The waiting is horrendous, the lady who assessed me told me it can take 10 weeks .

I to had my text through this morning and I had my assessment last Thursday,so exactly a week. Not sure if its good news or bad but very stressful. My thoughts are with everyone going for the assessment or waiting for the reply Linda x
