I just wanted to say how nice it is to have found this forum. I feel very thankful for knowing I'm not alone in my symptoms. I've seen so many doctors and had so many tests that it almost makes you feel like your going crazy. Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement!

Id like to echo this. This forum is the first one I've come across and since reading the posts (for a couple of weeks now) I've managed to get referred to Guys and St Thomas hospital in London and change my meds on talking to people!

i can echo your sentiments. i'm really pleased i've found somewhere with people that are going through the same things as me and we can post online as i also have terrible social anxiety and rarely leave the house.
