Hi to everyone. I saw a post a few day's ago asking if there was a book about Fibromyalgia, I had forgotten  that I had one it's called The Fibromyalgia Relief Handbook by Chet Cunningham. I must have had it a good few years but you may still be able to buy it. I think I will read it again as of course forgotten   what I had read. Always good to know what books others have read and whether they have included good information or not.  When we moved I found a very old book which I must have bought about 15 years back way before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia which was dated 2000 and you guessed it was the same book!  Even then I must have been having symptoms that did not seem to relate to plain osteo and IBS which were the two main illnesses I had been diagnosed with at the same time. Yes I am going to read it again too as if I remember it gave some really sound advice.  The person who wrote it is American so we will probably be puzzled by some of the brand names for the calorific chart at the back that tries to help us with diet but just looking at the chapter headings it seems to cover all avenues.x
