Has anyone ever read this, it was published in 2007?
I thought it might be a spot of good bedtime reading for me before I go to the fibro conference next year. I want to try and be as clued up as possible!

You already posses something greater than book learned knowledge it's experience that makes an expert at living with this condition from all that have fibro.
Hi smartcarkaz
I am sorry but I have not read this book. Good luck with it if you do go ahead and read it.
All my hopes and dreams for you.

It does give an overview and when my brain is really fogged is one of the few things i can read. Could you borrow a copy from your library? That way you wouldn't be wasting any money if the book didn't suit you. i have "fibromyalgia the 1st year" as well which i personally found helpful.
Where is the conference and what could it do to help? I have only been diagnosed for two weeks, and trying to get my head around things, and organise some sort of help for the various symptoms, like failing hands, etc.
Here's the link fibromyalgiasoutheast.org.u...
Sending well wishes and hugs your way, we are all always here to help if you need to rant, or ask questions or anything at all really!!

Thanks for all your feedback guys, I might see if I can find a super cheap copy - Brighton library specialises in computers and not books!
