Yeah I failed more bloods do they took more in bottles I be never seen before. I asked the nurse what they were all for , fancy liver tests for things I have probably never heard of. 9 bottles basic purple grey n orange thenlight blue large dark blue and different sized reds, there was even 3 spare labels I'm guessing for bottles they didn't have after the 8 bottles they took off me a fortnight ago I was feeling well drained. This is why it's taken me three days to post lol, my iron count was low before wonder what it is now, I am ore diabetic now but on the plus side I'm off t see a liver specialist on 30th maybe the butcher will have good news lol. It's my old eats birthday today she's 39 we re off out for a meal guess who s not having birthday cake boooo blood sugars. Ps good morning all hope you are all still enjoying slumber. I'm on my third week on sick, almost feel like a fraud yup I'm in pain but not more than usual, it's the brain fog my memory that's worse I'm a bookie n I can't remember who I served if I took money n even people's names. I am scared if it doesn't get sorted I ll make so many mistakes I ll get sacked. Is any one else suffering with bad memory and more importantly do any o u know what test they do in those fancy coloured bottles xxxxx

Hi there

Usually your GP will tell you what blood tests they are taking and what for.

Unfortunately I do not know the answer to that question.

As for memory problems I am guessing that you know about Fibro fog and how it affects us?

If you feel that your memory is getting worse than 'just' Fibro fog perhaps it would be a good idea to mention it to your GP when you next see him/her?

Wishing you less pain and more peace

Sounds as though you need a blood transfusion after that lot are you sure they weren't vampires just after your blood?

Like Lu says I think you will need to ask your GP about what all the tests are foe but they are often to see whether we are low in different vits and !minerals, thyroid problems or whether we have any inflammatory factors in our blood to indicate things like RA.

Let us know how you get on.x
