A man goes to the doctors and says "Doctor every time I pass wind it sound like a motorbike" ! Intrigued the Dr says "Okay I have never heard of that but let me hear you"

So the man lets go with a huge break of wind and it really sounds like a motorbike.

Oh dear said the Dr "let me examine you Take you trousers down and bend over"

After five minutes examining him the Dr says "Okay pull up your trousers I have found the problem"

"Oh please Doc he said don't tell me its bad news"

Not really the Dr says "You have an Abcess in your back passage"

"So what is the noise then Dr"? He asks.

Well said the Dr "Abcess makes the farts go Honda"
