It would be beneficial to see your GP to ascertain if your daughter is underweight and maybe see a nutritionist for further advice. Lou x
Hi again angelbubble1, I would definitely take her to see the doctor and see how much she is underweight as they may be able to offer her something to help, or stabalise her condition? I want to sincerely wish both of you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for both of you

Hi if she has a fast metabolism she might have over active thyorid good to chat with gp and take a list of question in with u . Good luck hope u find your ansers
Hi angelbubble,
As an almost recovered anorexic myself, I would urge you to see, medical advice as even though your daughter may have an underlying fast metabolism, it would b a good idea to get her under the guidance of a dietician, and I know that some people use a fast metabolism to disguise an eating disorder. Her BMI certainly needs checking and that will dictate quite well what action need to happen, though you may find her resistant to such "intrusion", but please be gentle but firm about it.
if you would like more help and support please feel free to PM me, I have 30 plus years of experience behind me and have given help to many young eating disordered people explaining the long term risks of trouble which they think won't happen to them, but is more than likely to.
Sending lots of strength and coping vibes to you and soothing and healing ones for your daughter.
Foggy x
