Not tried but read it works as long as you continue treatments.

Hi Izzy,

Personally I haven't had the priviledge, However, I have looked at this link and it certainly looks wonderful :)

I have never tried this myself but I have read quite a lot about it. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck if you decide to give it a go?

All my hopes and dreams for you

My training hospital used a Hyperbaric tank, usually for prevention of gangrene in traffic or agricultural accidents, also in cases of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.

Many of the tanks used are quite small, tube-like things, in which you lay, whilst the oxygen level is taken up to several atmospheres pressure. It is basically the same type of equipment used for divers who have surfaced too quickly and contracted 'the Bends'.

These are not quick treatments, taking several hours to pressurise/depressurise you. If you are in any way claustrophobic, these treatments are not suitable for you, and I doubt you could get them on the NHS.

Hi Guys, yes I have the hyperbaric chambers therapy its fab! I know in hospitals its so expensive I go to a charity run one in Chedgrave Norfolk. I pay £10 a session. I know that it can cost thousands in hospitals. Try and google if there is a charity one near you............If any thing you deep breath as that is what you are meant to do, so it relaxes you,so prana ( yoga breathing) breathing is the way to go. You can get an app free for this, you will need ear phones.

There are different depths that you go to the deepest is the best so ask the center, if you suffer when flying be prepared for your ears to be popped..........the discomfort only lasts a few mins, but blow into your nose with your fingers pinching the end of your nose.........you know the drill.............you can get those ear plugs that you can wear when flying.........give them a go.

Good luck!

Sending love and light
