Well first I'll apologise for not posting updates I really nearly gave in I've been up then down and didn't think it was working now I've finished my block today I feel refreshed don't know if it will last all day but at least I'm not bedridden I may not feel like like going out of the house but I'm up and dressed with help and encouragement from friends and family keep you posted hugs to you all 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 will keep going twice a week now my lovely parents are paying and I'm so grateful and blessed to have there help and support thanks mum and dadxxxxxxxxxxxx

That's interesting Janeandme . I had wondered about hyperbaric oxygen therapy since it is available in my area but hadn't quite found the energy to make enquiries. So glad this is working for you and that your life is improving as a result. Your family and friends are wonderful; their help and positivity must be a big part of your healing.

It took every last ounce of my energy to get to and from the sessions 40min journey each way 1 1/2 hrs in oxygen chamber but I knew this was my last resort I was as low as low could be even tried to take my own life on a few occasions nobody was or could understand the pain and fatigue I'm glad I've fought I've a long way to go but I'm not giving in I just wish the government would help more with the benefit system for us who genually need support and help to get through life and live normal as possible, because any stress knocks you right of your feet,and one step forward and ten back x please try hyperbaric oxygen therapy it's just may help you carn't put a price on health
