Just wanted to say a quick hello, ππΌ I've just joined the site and I'm hoping to find people who understand. I've got a loving family but unless you've got 'it' you just don't get 'it'.
I'm hoping to find coping strategies and I seriously need help with learning to pace myself. I've only been diagnosed just over a year and I'm really struggling with that.

Hi crazydaisy, Welcome we all struggle from this, there are some on here that have had it a long time, and they are very helpful. We all have to learn to pace ourselfs, and when we don't we pay the price. I hope you can find a happy medium as to how to pace yourself, and I wish you luck, and hopefully a peaceful night. Gentle Hugs take care.xx

It's so hard having to pace yourself and its like we never seem to learn. It does sink in eventually though after you have overdone something and it takes a week to recover. You will find it in time. You just have to learn to be gentle with your body my friend.

Hello CrazyDaisy and welcome. I can see you'll fit in very well indeed. Doing a good impression of a box of frogs isn't compulsory but does help drive the blues away.
