Om goodness , I tried Gluten free crackers today, not a good move Neucliar to put it bluntly tonight. Was trying to rule out things that might be playing me up, won't be doing that again. Very sick and the rest, now my back and hips are killing. WTH . What on earth is the difference between normal and gluten free, I am sweating and the pain is awful, I am always cold never sweat.? Any ideas anyone

Check the label for sweetner the only one I can tolerate is stevia anything artificial has that effect on me, also don't rule out seasonal bugs. I hope you feel better soon xxx

I am so stupid I researched everything gluten dairy and lactose and sugar free and came up with Zachary all free crisp bread, and my husband couldn't get that particular brand and got Schar, the box looked exactly the same as I had researched. I have just read ingredients and Lactose, but I am never normally sick, just feel sick. Another weeks on end to fix my Bowel. Can't believe I keep doing this. Doh

It took me a while, making dietry changes one at a time. I notice a huge difference with no dairy, (soya milk lovely with cereal + soya yoghurts very nice, especially with fruits). no bread but I can get away with a small amount of wheat every now and again. Cut my cup of tea (the hardest one for me to accept) from around 6 cups average down to one cup 1st thing in the morning, occasionally one more when being sociable with visitors. I'm sure you will work out the best for yourself. Tulip xx :)

Just horrible. One of my things (coping things) ( not finding words today), I hold on to "this will pass", and "I will find an answer" Not to say you'll wake up one day pain free and no symptoms, but i'm sure you will feel better than you do now. Wish I had magic wand!

I have just read through your post replies about the lactose. If this continues it may be beneficial to discuss it with your GP and ask for something to help block you up for a few days, like Imodium? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Hi Ken , it was my own stupid fault for not checking. I will feel sick for a few days and if I try to stop and bind myself I will feel worse, I have to clear my system and normally after a few days it will ease. It would normally take me a few weeks to get to normal, but I have the Omega now so will try them again in a few days. Thank you.

It all sounds so unpleasant (and so familiar). Please take care of yourself x

The only thing I can say that no one else has: It may be frustrating but one change at a time. And give each one time to work - though you clearly got a result this time :O That way you don't confuse results. It can take a while to get the change you need but its the only sure way - and yes, read all those bl**dy labels.

Too true. Feel like giving up on food, seems like my worst enemy, not hungry anyway, would rather live on my Vits.x
