I am taking 1 - 75 mg pregablin and 60 mg nefapam 60/100 solpadol twice daily ,then afternoon a 60/1000 solpadol and 60 nefapam and then again before bed and still have pain can the pregablin be highered as im on maximum solpadol

Hi Steve, like you I take pregabalin, I also take dihydrocodeine, soluble aspirin, amitriptyline, unfortunately nefapam did not agree with me. The Drs told me the pain killers would only take the edge off the pain and not take it away completely. It's no consolation but it is a matter of going back to the Drs and asking if there is some alternative which may suit you better. Let me know how you get on, Izzy

As Foggy says you will need to discuss any increases in Pregabalin with your GP. I am so sorry but we are not doctors, and you need a prescription for your Pregabalin so you will need your GP's approval. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.
