Sorry to hear you are in a bad flare. Please don't ever apologise for not being here. We all cannot contribute all the time.

I'm sorry if it sounds a bit obvious but is there any chance you could see your GP for a review of your meds?

As has been said, be kind to yourself and listen to your body.

Have been to see the doctor and have got new painkillers but they are only doing so much to kill the pain. I am hoping that going away for a long holiday in the sun in Dec will help me.

I know that feeling! I live in pain 24/7 and to say it's draining is an understatement.

The sun will help no end with your pain, and the rest will be wonderful for you. I hope you have a wonderful break and return refreshed.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you have been so poorly with your Fibro and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I also want to wish you all the best of luck with the new pain killers that your doctor gave you.
