Well been reading your post and so sorry for any distress you all have believe me im sharing mine mostly as I read, what would life be without this sight I can only say desperately isolated. I haven't wrote mush as when I read it its all been said in the replies, so just had to come up and wish everyone some quality time somewhere somehow for everyone this time of year. xx

Thank you have a good year to ,I tell everyone who starts the oh dears ,it's not cancer it's chronic and everyone has a story , it's how we choose to Cope that's important and a smile and and a hug and knowing we are not alone is of great comfort ,

I like knowing that there are others who are in the same boat, and it is nice to be able to see how others cope.

You are very right, without the internet life would be a little harder and a lot more isolated. It is also very nice to be able to have a giggle

um I must admit many time s I sit back and read fogy's pic of the day or someone who is having such a tough time and ive been miserable has inspired me some or made me sit back and think a bit ty xx

That is what I find so good about the forum, you can join in if you feel up to it or just be inspired The flip side I suppose is when you read a post that mirrors how you feel and it actually makes you feel worse as someone has put words what you are trying your best to ignore

At the end of the day if you can help or be helped that's what it is all about.
