Hi, you are most welcome to our happy gang. Best wishes,Sue.
Hello Dizzy and welcome to our lovely friendly site 😊😊
Like you and mayrose I too have had fibro for over 30 years, though some were diagnosed as fibrositis and only when I got my proper diagnosis did it all fit into place!!
You might like to take a look at our mother site fmauk.org where you will find a lot of information, though probably you know all there is to know. It also gives information about support groups and doctors in your area who are fibro friendly.
Anyway I much look forward to getting to know you better. There are some of us who find that laughter is a good way of releasing feel good endorphins and we do put up fun posts, so do feel free to join in with those if you would like to, but no pressure at all.
Sending lots of positive healing vibes your way 😀😀

Hi Dizzytwo
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I sincerely hope that you find the forum useful, informative and loads of fun!
I can see that our Foggy has given you the link to our parent site, Fibromyalgia Action UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information and it is well worth checking it out.
I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you

I would just like to say a thank you so much for everyones warm hearted welcome.
I have to be honest I have never joined a UK fibro forum before. But was member of US one for 4 years and made some wonderful friends from US and Canada.
Unfortunately it closed and rather than lose touch with my fibro friends I opened a little forum. Nothing like this LOL and I am not advertising. I just wanted to give you a little back ground on myself.
I also suffer from social phobia unfortunately even on line. So I tend to stick with what or who I know if that makes sense.
Don't get me wrong l love my friends from over the pond and im the only person in our group from the UK . But we all share a common bond of health issues and I have found been in a group no matter how small can be of a great benifit. We all get it.
I am sure I am going to make some wonderful new friends here closer to home too. Thank you for having me.
