Failed Fun

So i went bowling this evening with my sister, thought i'd have some fun and let my hai down.

But instead the fibro decides my hands/fingers/wrists ect are in intense pain! deading the thought of how much pain i will be in come the morning..

Oh well at least you got out and tried sometimes unfortunately we have to just go for it regardless of the consequences. Hope the pain will ease soon.x

I have taken to having a rest day before and after bowling, and also using the ramp things.

Sometimes you just have to say stuff it.
