You may recall 3 months ago my 2 minute to walk question, how far can you walk?
Even mandatory consideration gave me 4 points. Many of you were very supportive and suggested go to tribunal. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
Tribunal held this morning. Within 25 minutes I was given 10 points (standard rate) for mobility.
It was a horrible emotional thing to do and getting in building at Reading with wheelchair was challenge today. Don't feel like I've won the game as it shows the game rules are defined differently by people and therefore there are floors in system. I makes me so sad for the struggle of others. But acknowlegement my sanity is restored and it comes with financial back payment making a contribution to electronic hand controls for my car! Yipee
Thank you again

Fantastic news Kitty I am so pleased for you. Glad that you will be able to put the money to something that is really going to make your everyday life that much easier which of course is what the PIP benefit is supposed to be all about. You will have given others courage by your example to go for it.x
So glad one of us won , I have reapplied and am getting a fresh assement on Monday if I fail again I will reapply straight away , my GP has stated I am not going to get better only worse if they can not stabilise me 😤
