hi am new

hi everyone I have fibromyalgia and am 33 married with 5 children ages 7_14 and today the weather is a bit on the cool side making my body really achy and painful.

We all have days where we just need to laugh cry rant or any other number of emotions! Fibro is not nice at all. It affects everyone differently. So if we find something that helps us we do share. I hope you enjoy and feel like you are part of a family. I have only been on the site myself for a few months but I already feel as if I am part of a family. Just a little about myself I live with my daughter and son in law and 4 boys 5,6,7&14 . Hugs

Morning hunni, I'm here. Struggling today ;-( up at 3am and then finally got up at 5am to have a bath and hot water bottle on my back. But onwards and upwards! hoping to sleep better tonight.

nawww its shit when ya feel that bad in it I often cant sleep well at night cos of pain and among other things playing on my mind x
