Other things going wrong
I don't think it's that unusual, certainly I have had a marked progression with other bits of my body becoming involved, either with altered sensation, pins and needles, bits of pain or whatever. Just recently I have experienced devastating fatigue, which I never used to get. I have given up bothering the GPs, they blame everything on the same cause unless it is quite clearly due to another illness, so what is the point? I have lived with the increasing effects of this condition for many years, we think the earliest signs were back in the 1970's, and it has very definitely changed over the years.
I have said before that my doctor tends to blame everything on diabetes and they give me a different drug I am now taking 33 tablets each day plus more pain killers if needed.
I am on quite good terms with my doctor when I walk in I say "Here I am doc, giving you another chance to kill me", you have to laugh don't you.
Hi millymolly72
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry to read of your health issues, and I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck with these. I had other health conditions prior to my Fibro diagnosis and since then other conditions have arisen, and it quite often feels like there is no end to it all.
I would like to say however, that if you get new or prolonged symptoms is it advisable to discuss them with your GP just to get other medical conditions ruled out of the equation. Please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
I feel ur pain ,I was informed that I have multiple problems going on and until it becomes one major problem that has a name they cannot treat me. Now I am having eye problems after the meds caused me to have a light stroke. But they still have me working even when I can't see.
