Just an update rung ATOS to make then aware of my complaint spoke a very nice person explained why I was doing it now, instead of waiting till I get results.

Hence the very bad attitude and treatment, just so they know it's not sour grapes.

So now waiting of a form to fill in.

Also been on to my MP nothing much he can do just now but wants a copy of my complaint.

Rang CAB shut just now, looking on Internet for an advocate but I might be reading wrong but they all seam to be help with the mind. I might sound daft but trust me I can stick up for my self, might get tears but on an alright day when head is clear I am ok.

All I want really is for some one to read over what I write and advice and if I am within my rights and I don't over step the mark.

I have a very bad habit of jumping in with both feet.

So will wait till Monday and try CAB again.

Just thought I would up date you. Feeling better for writing gets it of my chest.

Good job I don't need to print it all off cause would need an extra 2/3 ink cartridges.

Hope everyone as well s they can be.

Glad you are getting this sorted, you deserve a good outcome. We don't mind you getting it off your chest, rant as much as you like and get rid of all that tension building up xx

Thank you this is really not like me, but I am not letting it go.

I can put my hand on my heart and say if they were to ring me up and say you can still get what you have been I would still be doing the same.

Think she pushed me past the point of no return .

CAB is probably a good place to start. I was also wondering how you felt about adult social services? As they may be able to help you with this? They may be able to send along a Occupational Health Therapist for an assessment and give their notes over to ATOS?

I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Thanks Ken

We have had the Adult social services before they were lovely they came and got some one to put extra rails up for us and give me a device to help me with my socks but it's much easier to ask my lovely husband. I don't wear them much any how.

We have paid for and done a lot of stuff ourselves to help make life easier.

Ie bath out walk in shower to be honest never like the one he had in when I met him, lol. We had two houses I sold mine No Garden.

But like good honest people we have spent our own money on a lot of stuff.

When things got a bit worse we bought a new electric recliner etc , I use the money I got off disability to go towards paying for these items. We have no down stairs toilet and in the process of saving up for one we one have what up would call a pantry but think we could get one of thoughs saniflow in but it will be a big expensive up evil, it's right in the middle of the house, but I have a commode which I don't like using but have done. But according to her that doesn,t count.

I real don't think I need another report they all ready have assess to MRI CTS all the scans X-ray they want. And I have personally handed lot of the over but it's like she said leave them there I might take a look later.

But thank you and I will bear them in mind.
