If you have a bath and some Epsom Salts have a long soak and you might find that the stabbing pains eases. I don;t know what the weather is like by you but it is awful here quite cold and wet and I have found all my aches and pains much worse. Try and relax as much as possible and perhaps listen to some music that you like as sometimes distraction can help. Take care hope you will be feeling a bit easier soon.x

Bath, then stretch my muscles and hot water bottle followed by tablets. Hope it eases for you x

I use a muscle rub (Ben-Gay), a heating pad, gentle stretching and massage, and analgesics. Of course, these methods don't stop the pain, but do make it more bearable.

Hope you get some relief soon.
